📮 PO Boxes & Address Limitations
We can’t ship large or oversize items (including RC aircraft, main wings/fuselages/stands, and large RC cars) to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout for these items. Orders that can’t be shipped to the address provided may be canceled and refunded.
Note: Small accessories/parts may still ship to PO Boxes via USPS when eligible.

📦 Oversize Shipping Charges
To keep our overall shipping costs low for most customers, certain large or heavy items may incur an oversize shipping charge. This fee applies to products where our shipping cost is substantially higher than average.
If an item qualifies as oversized, the additional shipping charge will be clearly noted on the product page or during checkout.

We always ship from the warehouse that can deliver your order fastest based on inventory and location. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
📦 Carriers & Tracking
We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and trusted international partners.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to begin updating tracking info.
