Overview
The Spektrum A180 metal-gear digital mini servo provides strong performance for small to medium sized and specialty aircraft applications. Capable of high-voltage input, the A180 generates 12.2 kg-cm (170 oz-in) of torque at a speed of 0.08 sec/60° with 8.4V input. It features a low-wear, metal gear drive train driven by a coreless motor and bearing support for smooth operation. The all-aluminum case enhances durability and heat dissipation, while the precision metal gears offer reliability appreciated by discerning pilots. Like other Spektrum servos, the A180 ensures dependable performance and consistency, making it a suitable choice for new builds, or upgrades. The E-flite Eratix 3D SWS BNF-B model has the A180 servo installed for rudder and elevator operation.
