The McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle is an American twin-engine, all-weather tactical fighter aircraft designed by McDonnell Douglas. The Eagle first flew in July 1972, and entered service in 1976. It is among the most successful modern fighters, with over 100 victories and no losses in aerial combat.
Fourteen months in the making, the Arrows F-15 is lovingly recreated—from accurate panel lines to the adrenaline-pumping performance—this is as real as it gets!
With its twin 64mm EDF power system, large wing area and highly strengthened wing structure—the Arrows F-15 can perform advanced aerobatic flight maneuvers along with exceptional high alpha capabilities without losing control surface authority.
The 900mm wingspan Arrows F-15 was designed using hundreds of photos and aircraft design files. Built from high-strength EPO material, no detail was missed in the design of this faithful replica.
A fan of scale? The Arrows F-15 has electric CNC retracts, functional flaps, LED navigation lights, pilot figure, antennae, machine guns, auxiliary fuel tanks, missiles and numerous other scale components. A magnetic nose cone and latch-type canopy allow these components to stay in place even in high-G maneuvers.
Power comes courtesy of two 12 bladed 64mm EDFs (using 2840-2280KV motors), with dual 40A ESCs and a 22.2V 3300mAh 35C battery pack. This power system gives the aircraft a turbine-like note and ultra-high power-to-weight ratio.
Painted in the Oregon air national guard F-15C trim scheme, this is one of the most attractive F-15 Eagles on the market today.
Looking for a dog-fighting powerhouse with stable low-speed characteristics and excellent handling to take on the Mig-29? Look no further than the Arrows F-15!
While I was a bit skeptical on the "15 minute assembly time" I was pleasantly surprised that it assembled so quickly, had it ready for flight in less than one hour including the radio setup. The design and attention to detail is remarkable, even the packaging design is admirable. Please pass along my thanks and appreciation to the designers and assembly folks that put lots of TLC into this bird. The test flight went better than expected, the power is plentiful even with the ordinance hanging out on both wings. I'd buy another if anything ever happens to this one.
Went together perfectly with no issues at all. Used the control rod positions that were setup on the F15 out of the box. Had a Great maiden using a Lemon non gyro rx, 6s 4000 battery. Throws on DX9, ailerons 60%, elevator 70%, rudder 80%. My flaps are set pretty conservatively which I didn't use on take off or landing.
Landing gear worked great on our very rough runway. Check out my Arrows RC F-15 maiden video on my youtube channel, Jeff in Lower Alabama
This F-15 kit PNP was fantastic. The finish on the foam was great and tape did not pull the paint off. All the pushrods were iinstalled and only one required a single turn to center all the controls. The jet turned really light and the fan unit is putting out more than 300 watts per pound with a 70C battery. The maiden flight was uneventful. Two thumbs up for this EDF. I hope there are more in the pipeline.
This plane was so beautiful that I had to buy 3! Did I need 3? No! But I do plan on keeping 2 of them and giving a one away to 1 of my lucky subscribers! Plus, Dan is the MAN! Great communication!
I want one of these. So beautiful! And my sister retired from the Oregon National Guard.
I'll be getting one as soon as they are back in stock.
I really like this EDF. The foam finish is fantastic and doesn'y really look like foam. The pushrods were installed and the surfaces were already centered to the point that sub-trim was only required on one half of the elevator and then only a few clicks. I used the manual for the CG location and throws and the maiden flight only required one click of down trim and was I was comfortable enough to make a camera pass the next time down the runway. It turned out light for a jet and has more than enough thrust for amazing verticals. It also slowed down nicely for landing with no handling problems. The only thing that I changed was to 3D print some missiles as the included foam ones did not look very scale. All in all a great EDF jet model. I just hope Arrows keeps on making more of these twin 64 mm jets.
I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS PLANE! I love it SO MUCH, that I bought 3 of them. 2 for me, and 1 for one lucky winner on my YouTube channel (Dave-It-Yourself) and I have even put a camera IN the cockpit to capture not only how great this plane flies but also how it sounds in the air! FANTASTIC! I am very proud to be an owner of these planes! I was SUPER IMPRESSED with Dan calling me to make sure that I actually wanted 3! When I confirmed, he totally understood! He's my kind of guy!
The F15 package was delivered on time, and without any damage or missing parts. The F15 was easily put together and the quality of the F15 is superb.
I can't wait to get this bird in the air, and I am sure it will fly as good as it looks. Thanks Dan.
Fly’s great looks great lots of fun
Awesome product, excellent service, would highly recommend this company to everyone
This jet is is big for a 64mm and it is sweet as hell! The paint job is great, the power is on this bird outstanding, and the price isn't as high as horizon hobby or motion rc. Keep this up hobby zone and you will have my business always.
Best purchase of an excellent aircraft that I have had in a long time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
I will be making another purchase from you guys in the near future.
Loving this jet man! The size of it is way bigger than most 64mm jets. The paint scheme looks good over all the jet is sweet and the price is not outrageous. I know one thing Arrows keep this up I'm going to have to drop horizon hobby. Only one thing I wish was that they had more jets. Anyway if you don't have one you need to get one! Don't think about it go and purchase it today and you will be glad you did!!! Pilot kemp96 out.
Outside of having to glue the tail surfaces on, this aircraft is a quick assembly. The pieces fit together well.
I used an AR7000 RX I had for the first few flights. However on a breezy day I highly recommend a stabilizing rx as the aircraft is very light which causes it to be tossed around. Full flap landings were excellent in slowing the aircraft down and high alpha flight. Landing gear is strong and can take some punishment.
CG was spot on using a 6s 3200, 30 and 50c batteries. I netted 3 minute flight times.
Overall a great flying EDF with great appearance in the air.
