The ParkZone® VisionAire® park flyer is specifically designed for sport pilots by 3D pioneer Quique Somenzini. Its wings are constructed of hollow Z-Foam™ material that has been reinforced with carbon fiber to create structures that are stiffer and lighter than solid foam. This rigid, lightweight airframe is paired with a powerful 10-size, 1250Kv brushless motor that delivers the vertical performance you need for an exhilarating 3D flying experience.
What makes the VisionAire model such a great 3D plane for sport pilots is the advanced AS3X® (Artificial Stabilization – 3-aXis) System built into its AR635 receiver. The AS3X System works behind the scenes to counter the effects of wind and turbulence, using 3-axis sensing and flight control software tuned by Quique Somenzini. If you’ve never flown 3D before, this enhanced stability will give you the confidence you need to try high alpha maneuvers like harriers, hovers, torque rolls and more.
You can adjust the amount of stability the AS3X System provides or turn it off completely, but even 3D pros will find flying with it on feels completely natural. There are no delays in control response or limits on the control throws. You’ll simply feel like you’re flying an expertly-tuned model that goes right where you point it.

Wow, this plane is just great. I'm a sponsored pilot and know how to do 3D, but, let me tell you, this plane is so much fun. I call it the nanny plane because of how nice it is. It is almost like you are just floating. In the 100% rates it does not mind dragging the rudder inverted or going into straight down toward the ground stress test. I would tell anyone who is moving up from a cub or wants a fun plane to play with to get it. I love my visionaries, and I have two of them. This plane rocks!
I walked in to the RC store, and they just got this in. I was not disappointed. This is a quality aircraft and it flies smoothly. The video is right. I'm a glider/ warplane guy and I think this will give me the confidence to try 3D. I've been looking for the perfect foamy trainer. This one is great!
When I started to learn 3D, it was with a little E-filte Extra 300, which is also a great plane. The VisionAire is by far one of my most favorite planes. It can do pretty much anything you want it to do. It can hover and knife edge all day long, and it's a rocket going straight up. I would highly recommend this plane to anyone that wants to get serious about 3D.
I love flying this plane because it responds so easily and does 3D with the best.
I bought this plane because I want to progress my skills into the 3D realm. I wanted something that could be flown in a medium sized field, and this plane flies perfectly in medium sized locations. The AS3X system really helps the plane feel stable but does not take over. It just keeps the plane stable. It will not go in a direction you don't tell it to but, instead, flies exactly where you point it, basically eliminating the effects of wind. The plane seems to be perfectly trimmed right out of the box.
