FAQs - Return Policy

Q1: Is there a time limit for returns?

A1: Yes, you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Q2: What condition must the item be in for a return?

A2: The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Providing photos or a video of the item(s) is recommended to help speed up the return process.

Q3: Are there any fees for returns?

A3: Possibly. A 15% restocking fee will apply. You are also responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q4: Can batteries be returned?

A4: It depends:
Standalone batteries: Not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Batteries included in a kit: Eligible only if the entire product (RTF bundle) is returned unopened and unused.

Q5: What should I do before returning an item?

A5: You must contact us to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number in advance. Packages without an RMA may be refused.

Q6: What is the return process?

A6:
Request RMA: Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return.
Pack & Ship: Once you have the RMA, write it clearly on the package, pack the item securely, and ship it back.
Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days.

Q7: What if my item is defective or damaged?

A7: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video. Many issues can be resolved with replacement parts or troubleshooting.

Q8: What items are not eligible for return?

A8: Non-returnable items include items received over 30 days ago, used/modified items, missing parts, standalone batteries, opened kit batteries, installed electronics, scratch-and-dent/clearance items, and software simulators.
