How do I join?
You need to create an account (using the same email address you've used for orders) so you can see and redeem your accumulated points.
How long is the member tier valid?
Member tier will be upgraded after spending specific amount in the cumulative total in 12 months. Member tier can be maintained for 1 year from the acquisition day.
How long are the points valid?
All points are valid for 1 year from the date received. Please use the points within the validity period.
How do I check my points and redeem rewards?
1. Find the "Sign in" button on the menu bar at the top of the website, log in to your account, you can view the membership tier, benefits and points in the account, and click "Ways to redeem" to redeem coupons.
2. Find the "👑Rewards" button in the lower right corner of the website, click and log in to your account, you can view membership tier, benefits, and points in the Rewards panel, and click "Ways to redeem" to redeem coupons.
Points/Coupon Usage Rules
1. The coupon is valid for 90 days. 2. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or sales. 3. Once you redeem your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it for a purchase. If a reward has been redeemed but not used, points will not be automatically returned to your account. 4. Points and coupons are for your own use only and cannot be transferred.
When will the shipping and birthday discounts for Gold and Platinum tiers be issued and how long will they be valid for?
Shipping discount codes will be issued by email immediately after the tier upgrade. Shipping discounts have no expiration date. Shipping discounts are available for orders under $99.
Birthday discount codes will be issued by email 15 days before the birthday and are valid for 30 days.

HBZ offers up to 15% off sitewide twice a year. If you're a rewards member with Platnum status, which means you've spent over $1600 at HBZ in the past year, you can save 15% during both HBZ Saving Events. Please stay tuned to the website notifications for specific timing.

The Rewards Bazaar is HBZ's platform for offering cool products in exchange for a specific number of points. However, before accessing it, you must become a loyal member. Once you register for our membership, every purchase you make will count!
I can't find the points I got on the old website, what should I do?
Please contact us at info@hobbyzone.com and we will check the points for you. We will honor our previous points system and convert your points into a coupon with no expiration date that can be used on the new website.
