The F-27C Stryker blasts Charge-and-Fly™ performance out of the park with its high-power, 6-pole 1880Kv brushless motor, E-flite 30A Pro Brushless ESC with Switch Mode BEC, and 3-cell 2200mAh Li-Po battery that give it unlimited vertical performance and blistering straightline speeds in excess of 80 mph. To handle the abrupt wing loading changes of aggressive high-speed aerobatics without getting bent out of shape, ParkZone has molded the F-27C from its tough, lightweight Z-Foam™ material. In the air, you can choose between high rate for dizzying pitch and roll rates, and low rate for smooth control response during paint-peeling high-speed passes—all with the flip of a transmitter switch.
If you’re looking for a spine-tingling, adrenaline pumping Charge-and-Fly experience that’s unlike anything else out there, this is it.
You get everything you need to go from box to sky in as little time as it takes to charge a battery pack. No gluing. No painting. No radio installation. No hassles.
I recently purchased the F-27C Stryker and with the help of Hillsboro Hobbies, OR, I installed the brushless E-Flite Power six 25 AMP electric engine and although I was sceptical at first this is the most fun I have ever had with an RC airplane. This thing rips at speeds over 100 mph along with some pretty amazing aerobatics. I can't wait until my next flight.
This is one of the planes that I llike to fly the most. I don't understand why they are getting rid of this plane.
This plane is the best. Too bad it's not around anymore. I just bought another one on e-Bay because I like this plane so much. It's very durable. The only problem I had was my own fault, and that was throwing it to get it in the air. But once you have that down, it's loads of fun!
This is one awesomely fast & nimble plane. However, it is NOT for someone who has limited flying experience. With this combination of body style & speed, you actually have to "fly" this plane the entire time it is in the air. There's no releasing the controls & having it right itself & fly on for a bit unattended. Wherever you let go of the controls, that's exactly where it will to continue. However, once you master it's 80+ mph blur, you can actually land the thing almost pancake flat in a very short distance & even catch it. If you're looking for exceeding speed & great response & handling, then by all means, you'll thoroughly enjoy the Brushless Stryker.
